In 1986, cooperating with Sugimura Chemical Industrial Co., Ltd., Pei Sun Chemical Co., Ltd. was formed, establishing in Taiwan. Then expand business territory in Jinan, Shanghai and Zhuhai. And established an oil research institute in Taiwan, focus on the analysis and development of a variety of products and metalworking lubricating surface treatment, provide customized products of metal processing industry to satisfy the variable demands, and to get the majority of the support and affirmation.
Passed the ISO 9001 international quality assurance certification and ISO14001 environmental management system certification.

Sugimura founded in 1955 in Nagoya City, Japan. There are 20 business locations in the world and the scope of business across 10 countries. Sugimura has an oil research institute in Japan, focus on the analysis and development of a variety of products and metalworking lubricating surface treatment.
